Hi, Since you've mentioned that you are new to this category, I wil give u a small brief on this as much as I know. There are few things you need to b aware of, before u start translating. You should know (at least a little) about Unicode, Sinhala Unicode (and Sinhala unicode typing) which is come under UTF-8 category. And then u shud hav Sinhala unicode installed (or activated) in your computer. Otherwise you cant type & view Sinhala in you pc.
